Cannot say enough amazing things about Gus Giordano!! My 4 year old daughter loves her classes and teachers, looks up to the Gus Company dancers who help out in class, and learned so much this year. We've tried a handful of studios since she was two and none can compare. I was originally drawn to Gus because it reminded me of my studio when I was young - family run, welcoming, and committed to the development of their students beyond just dance. This was our first recital and I was BLOWN away. So professional!! Their students dance with passion. Even the youngest dancers had memorized their dances. It brought me to tears. My daughter came from Alaska and attended the College/PrePro Dance Intensive and had an amazing time. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The staff was amazing to work with. Her sisters and I came down to see an amazing well put together show at the end.
Our daughter started here when she was 5 last year. She was so nervous, and really froze up when doing anything in front of a group before. At the end of year performance, she was so excited to perform in front of hundreds of people without issue. The quality of the dance and instructing is obvious, but the growth and development of a young kid and her confidence was just amazing to see. At the performance, the older kids (12 or so), just WOW. It is a kind, inclusive, supporting, and just all around amazing place. Cannot be happy enough that we found Gus.
