Brought in a pair of pants to be repaired and they did not fix the hole (even though a pin was placed in it). I was charged a different fee than the sewing cost (which would have been more), but was not able to get the money back. I was confused because they said they would be able to fix it when I first brought it in, and then argued that it would have been a different original repair when I brought it back.

They have done good dry cleaning for me in the past so I can't knock them on that, but was not happy with the service and resolution to the repair problem.

I needed a velvet dress hemmed quickly and it turned out beautiful! Efficient, good prices, and experienced. Came recommended from a friend who takes all of her clothes here. Thank you!
