Millennium Park Eye Center is a friendly and professional practice. The staff is kind and gracious, and the doctors are insightful and sweet. The clinical manager is efficient. They effectively handle routine eye appointments and can figure out really weird eye problems. They provide excellent care for urgent situations, offering helpful medication. The office is cute. Patients highly recommend this practice and are immensely appreciative of their care.

Though my previous rx was for glasses and contacts, I was told after my exam that the doctor I saw does not do contacts, only the optometrist. I had to come again and pay another copay. And their wait time is abysmal. The techs who saw me were very nice but the guy at the front is a flippant airhead. I wish I wasn't stuck using UI Health. I can see why their rating is low.

After suffering an unexpected corneal abrasion and ulcer while in town on business, Sal got me in same day to see the very kind and insightful Dr. Yoon. They were both incredibly gracious and made an unfortunate situation much easier, getting me medication that helped the pain before the presentation just hours later which brought me to town. Highly recommend this practice and immensely appreciative of their care.
