Had a blowout for a gala, Barbie did an amazing job!!! She listened to me and the as helpful with giving tips. She was able to add good volume to my fine hair. I’d def return to her.
Flew in from London to Chicago and wasn’t quite sure what to expect when booking—but the receptionist immediately put me at ease. Pedro did my blowout today and it was incredible.
Not only did it look fantastic, he took real care with the finish—thoughtfully styling it to last for the rest of my time here, with techniques to help it hold and keep its shape. You can tell there’s genuine expertise and attention to detail behind what he does.
From the moment I walked in to walking out feeling amazing, the whole experience was seamless. I can’t recommend this place enough—just wish I lived locally, I’d be here all the time!
Amazing service at this (River North) Location! After having THE WORST experience at the Lincoln Park location today. We called And Anita answered our call and questions as we wanted to still try to get the experience. My friend didn’t het her service done when they had denied me service at the dry bar in Lincoln park. Anita after swiftly got us in and even asked if we wanted added time or treatments (despite it being the last appointments) - which by the way, the Lincoln Park location told us no add ons or treatments for the last appointment.
