“I'm an adult learner and I opted for the learning bundle that includes the online course and six hours of behind-the-wheel lessons. My experiences with Rite-Way have been good.The staff members that I interacted with over the phone to inquire about their services and then later to schedule driving lesson appointments were very nice and incredibly helpful. During my scheduling call I had an unforeseen emergency and had to get off the phone quickly. I was worried about getting back in touch because it was toward the end of the day. To my pleasant surprise I received a call from Rite-Way a short time later and was able to continue the scheduling process.My behind-the-wheel lessons have been provided by the owner of the business. He's professional, has an upbeat attitude, and best of all he really knows his stuff. I still need a lot of practice before I'm prepared and experienced enough to take my driving test. I was happy to schedule more lessons with Rite-Way even beyond the initial six-hour course to help me along the way.“

“Progressive Trucking School in Lansing Illinois is Home for breeding people ( men and women ) who have a strong desire to become a professional truck driver. Let me start with the staff. Every staff member teacher / instructor in this school has a ton of experience, years of wisdom to pass on down to the next generation. They all are very passionate about the student body. Unloading all the correct information and guidance we need to succeed. Ms. Nancy, Bob, Crystal took care of business as well. Jeff and Malcolm worked outside teaching skills all day with us. GREAT MEN! The great Mr. Clyde was my classroom INCAB instructor, straight to the point business prepared me from a newbie to a licensed professional trucker. He drilled INCAB, coupling, A, B, and C in my head until it grow apart of me! I passed thank you Mr. Clyde 4 ever! I’m Manual, so Mr. Dan and Mr. Dave honed me to the sharpest of their abilities! They are my ROAD teachers. I remember being with Dan my very first time I was scared, however Mr. Dan the man took excellent care of me, showed me how to double clutch changing gears, properly when to up- shift and down- shift. Mr. Dave finished off my training, taking me on the test route! Pointing out all my mistakes, a very laid back man. Help me understand the engine sound. Keep in mind I didn’t know anything about a truck at all! Never driven a truck, was never educated about a truck! COMPLETELY NOTHING! Progressive Trucking School made me. I grew up here from start to finish. With the WIOA program to help me financially. The student body are a bunch of young adults. The seniors help out the new comers, passing the education along. Each one teach one! Diverse nationalities, mixed cultures, male and female students. I love it! I learned a lot from my fellow classmates too. I looked up to my friends and respected my elders, I always genuinely appreciated anyone and everyone who had something to teach me! Thank you guys! I’m very proud of myself and the school! I was their for a reason, plus it was my calling to go their and learn! Progressive is a special place for special people! The latest and the greatest is what I like to call it. It changed my life and yes I struggled but it’s all worth it at the end of the road. Yes, as your reading this listen to my roaring success from Progressive. Last but not least Mr. Cooper! The general manager of the company, dean of discipline, the master mind behind the curtains. A very professional man. The guy dresses cleaner than the board of health. Sharp man, earns and deserves respect and love from everyone! Is their for the people, takes care of his own! Runs that business immaculately. I remember Mr. Copper sitting tree top tall in his office saying good morning Mr. Blanco. You ready? O yeah baby. He has helped me out tremendously. On the skills, he’s the man with the correct plan! Teaching the students off-set and parallel parking to perfection. Mr. Cooper would have deep conversations about life with us. I just love being around that unique breed of people. I love this school, and the staff. Their gonna teach you something you can use and pass along not just right now, but for the rest of your life! GO TO PROGRESSIVES TRUCKING SCHOOL!“

“At first I got discouraged of getting my cdl A I was concerned about learning pre-trip inspections after I got enrolled, I promise you with the friendly women who work in the office made me feel like it was the right thing to do… they have very caring personalities made me feel like I’m family so I trusted the process and completed my cdl 1-25-24.. the instructors at this Harvey yard made sure I learn the things I needed to learn … I’m glad that they were able to make this place a training environment not a stress hole.. I appreciate this team this school and this yard because I don’t believe I would have made it “one and done”“
