“Very patient staff/instructors. I worked with Sayed, Enes, and Thornton during my time there. I received my CDL-A on May 11, 2026. Highly recommended CDL school located in the far south suburbs of Chicago, IL. I paid out of pocket for my training. A tester from the Illinois Secretary of State comes every other Monday morning to test students. There are 4 tests: (1) written test (taken at ILSOS to obtain your CDL- Permit), (2) Pre-trip inspection test, (3) Skills test (where you perform 4 moving manuevers in the truck), and (4) Road Test. The written test and road test were easiest for me to pass. I passed the skills test on the first try, but it took me a good few weeks to learn the reverse offset maneuver. The pre-trip I failed once, but passed the second time. TIP: For the skills test, just go slow. Slow and steady wins the race when it comes to that. Best wishes, Sabrina.“

“We had two kids go through Rosies Driving School. My daughter received her drivers license after a number of on the road instruction lessons. My son had a more difficult time with driving than most kids normally do.His instructor Yudith was patient, stuck with him, and helped him build the confidence he needed to finally pass and receive his drivers license… It took three tries, but through her encouragement and help he was able to finally pass . “Since completing my test and courses at Certified I feel 1000% more comfortable and well informed behind the wheel. The classes and educators were to the point and beneficial. Furthermore I would suggest making sure you access all information before payments such as drop/pick up schedule for test drives, payment packaging, etc. all listed were things not properly disclosed to me and had I known would have altered my experience! If you’re looking for a good comfortable and energetic instructor ask for ED!“
