Dr. Steinys has been my chiropractor since 2009. She has helped me recover from several neck, low back, and hip injuries. Her depth of knowledge and treatment techniques make for a well-rounded approach. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and I highly recommend Dr. Steinys.

I started seeing Dr. Steiny a few months ago during a very stressful time and it was the best decision I could have made! After consistent sessions my nervous system has completely calmed down and I no longer feel extreme tension in my neck and shoulders. I recommend her 10/10 and am so happy I found her!

I've been a patient of Dr Steinys for the last 3 years, and can't imagine going elsewhere for my back issues and physical therapy (knees, posture etc). She is a good listener and takes time to properly examine you. The feedback loop is important to me, and Dr Steinys has always been super open minded to listen and adjust her plan based on what I say (like during a session she'll ask if doing x works, and if it doesn't, come up with a different plan y). I've been here for adjustments, PT and now the graston technique! You need someone you can trust. This is the place for me!
