Eddie and his coworker arrived promptly, were nice & polite, and explained their work well. I was able to see their work after. I requested they use a higher end 5-2-1 compressor saver (hard start kit) for my old outdoor AC condenser unit, and they were able to handle my request. They also cleaned up after themselves and checked my indoor unit without asking.
The whole C&S team have been wonderful both in servicing our original furnace and air conditioning systems and with a full HVAC replacement this spring. They are knowledgeable, clear in their assessments and communication, reliable, courteous and mindful of our budget and needs. Highly recommended!
Setting up an apt was quick, easy, and painless. No one bothered me unnecessarily. Apts were available at 7am, which is great to take care of things before busy work hours.
