We had such a great experience with City and Suburban Heating and Cooling! Rob, the owner, is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Our HVAC system was making a loud noise and we were worried it was going to be a major repair, but Rob quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. It turned out to be just the outer shell that was loose. It was such a relief!

Rob was amazing with answering my questions regarding our 30 year old system. We just moved in to our new home and he gave us some good tips and tricks to keep it running until we’re able to replace it. He answered quickly which was unexpected due to the non urgent nature of the call and we are looking forward to working with C&S in the future.
