I dropped off a bridesmaid dress to be tailored and was told it would take a couple weeks. That same day dropped off a few more items that she told me would be ready in a few days. She took my measurements for the dress and I paid a deposit and left. I returned a few days later and was told all of my items were ready. Once I was able to look at the bridesmaid dress I immediately noticed stains on the back that looked like weird streak marks or water marks maybe from pressing or steaming. Don’t do business here. They ruined 3 dress shirts with the exact same stain along the length of the left sleeve. They offered to try to remove the stain but then couldn’t. They charged me for the follow-up service after denying it was their fault and getting argumentative. I paid and didn’t even ask them to reimburse for the 3 shirts they ruined because it’s a small family business but won’t be going back.

I had never been here and brought two pairs of shoes based on Yelp reviews. The women at the counter was friendly and give me good suggestions regarding one pair. The work took 5 days and when I picked up my shoes I was very satisfied. The prices are very fair and the work is excellent.
