My AC stopped working on the 3rd of July. I didn't even try to find someone on that holiday weekend,I just did some research to see if I could fix it myself. Most probable cause was listed as the capacitor, and I did find a HVAC place close by that said they couldn't come out, but did have a capacitor they would sell me. I went and got it, installed it, and it did not fix the problem.
I called Sergio the next day. Being the 4th of July, I expected a voice mail but he picked up. We setup Monday afternoon for a service call.

Sergio has proven his dedication, service, and loyalty to his customers. He is the best. We had a Rheem water heater that began giving us various problems one year after installation from Sergio. He worked tirelessly to mitigate the issues, with multiple service visits and calls with the manufacturer. Eventually after many hoops jumped through, discussions, and arguments with Rheem we were able to have a warranty replacement. I will not buy another Rheem product and when Sergio recommends a different brand, please believe him! He never left us hanging and always answered our calls when needed. Sergio came to our house to work on our A.C. unit on very short notice and after-hours, after our A.C. went out. He was a lifesaver! I was shocked we were able to get someone out so fast. He fixed our A.C. / knew what the problem was, and solved it. My husband was beyond thrilled and will only call Brothers from now on. Thank you!!
