Melissa directed me to such a great lipcare product as I expressed to her my needs for an everyday lip balm equipped to mitigate the harm of the beast that is The Chicago Winter. Upon using it, I was essentially forced to about face and purchase another for my partner. The quality of product and customer service at Blue Mercury Fulton Market is sublime!

Súper impressed with their service & great selection of products. I popped in last weekend for a powder refill & ended up leaving v with more thanks to their complementary makeover. Anyway, when I got home I hated the tinted moisturizer - not sure if she pulled the lighter color as I checked out - but I had zero issues exchanging the opened product for the correct shade today. Everyone's been friendly at other locations as well.
