I felt very comfortable & welcomed during my therapy sessions at Athletico River West. Jeanne & Tyler & the other staff worked with me during my sessions and did an excellent job. Both seemed very caring about my wellbeing and recovery. I highly recommend their services & commitment to helping a person's recovery. They both became my friends during the process and since I am trying to down-size, they both became recipients of some of my surplus collection of artwork from Chicago & St. Louis!
I strained my calf 6 weeks ago and have been working with Jeanne (and Tyler and assistance from Karl) to get back to full mobility with the ultimate goal to get back on the volleyball court, almost there! The team, including Ravia up front, is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate their flexibility with accelerating exercises based on my progression. Side note: Two weeks into treatment, I noticed bruising on my leg and shared my observation with the team. It happened to be the one day I had a substitute PT, Maya, I think, who immediately stopped the session and recommended I get an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot. I was recommended Athletico from a friend when I injured my back, and stopped in for a consultation. Jeanne was incredibly helpful to diagnose what happened and provide exercises to strengthen and prevent future injury. While I hope to not be back, I know contacting Jeanne if something happens will be my first call.
