I went to get fingerprinted at this location. I was immediately greeted by the two people working behind the counter. Hanif helped me with my finger printing and he was super kind, relaxed, and helpful. Just all around great. Meanwhile the gal behind the counter (I didn't catch her name) has taken a steady stream of customers. She too was extremely pleasant. All told, I was in an out with my appointment in 5 minutes. I really appreciated the service at this location.

5/2022 The upgrade to 3 stars is because they do have other workers at this location that are more nice and attentive than my prior experience. Within the past week, I went into this store to do a return. The more rude guy from my last experience was working but also a very nice woman was working at the counter. I appreciated her attentiveness and her respectful demeanor.
