Hopefully the owners see this: I received a call on my landline while I was out of town on Friday to pick up my items because your location is moving. When I got home two days later and received the message I went to pick them up but the location is already closed down. You won’t be in the new location until September.
Will my items be available for pick up in 3 months when you open the new location? Or, is there a place I can go to now to pick them up?
This is not a negative review. I have always had great service here. I just need to know where my items are?
I came in with 6 pair of trousers to get cleaned and customized tailoring. When I returned on the pickup date, my pants were not there. The associate told me of the situation about their tailor just left and never returned to the job and I wasn't the only order. I was patient because things happen and people can be unpredictable. I waited another week for my clothes. The associate was nice. Although I waited an extra week I was happy they tailored my suspender buttons perfectly.
It’s expensive for what you get compared to other cleaners near by.
They don’t allow you to pay on pick up day.
Longer wait than the average for dry cleaning.
