Based on the reviews, ACCESS Ashland Family Health Center has excellent service and a wonderful staff. Patients have been coming here for over 10 and 20 years, and they are the best. The providers are amazing, very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. JaMauri Warren is the best provider who makes sure patients are taken care of. Dr. Woodard, Dr. Carla, Dr. Unger, and Dr. Teho are also praised for being patient, supportive, caring, and attentive. The medical assistant Tiara stays on top of everything and works fast and consistently. Ms. Carla and Ms. Rachel are very knowledgeable and caring, with a care, patience, and passion that makes patients feel cared for, heard, and important. Brett was also very kind and knowledgeable. The team makes sure all needs are met and explains everything in detail. The clinic truly considers patient health and will advocate for them. The hard work of the team does not go unnoticed.

I’ve been dealing with Access since 2024 and for the for time I finally feel seen as a person and not just a number or patient. All of my current doctors listen to my concerns and address them thoroughly! I can also tell that they love what they do. Things that I didn’t mention they still look into. They made me feel comfortable to open up about things I’d usually be scared to speak about. They answered every question I had with a smile. Broke everything down and made sure I understood. Rachel under and Carla my nurse was absolutely amazing and helped me out on my today’s visit 07/14/2026 I definitely recommend going to them for ur care needs 🫶🏽 definitely a 10/10
