Based on the reviews, ACCESS Ashland Family Health Center has excellent service and a wonderful staff. Patients have been coming here for over 10 and 20 years, and they are the best. The providers are amazing, very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. JaMauri Warren is the best provider who makes sure patients are taken care of. Dr. Woodard, Dr. Carla, Dr. Unger, and Dr. Teho are also praised for being patient, supportive, caring, and attentive. The medical assistant Tiara stays on top of everything and works fast and consistently. Ms. Carla and Ms. Rachel are very knowledgeable and caring, with a care, patience, and passion that makes patients feel cared for, heard, and important. Brett was also very kind and knowledgeable. The team makes sure all needs are met and explains everything in detail. The clinic truly considers patient health and will advocate for them. The hard work of the team does not go unnoticed.

Absolutely Amazing I would say. To see the care, patience, and passion behind both Rachel and Carla smile. I truly feel that I am in good hands and that they truly is considered about my health and would advocate for me on my behalf. As an African American women the healthcare field dont really work in our favor all the time but they truly made me feel cared for, heard, and is important.
