Avantara Chicago Ridge offers an uncompromising level of care, combining advanced rehabilitation therapies with exceptional comfort and personal attention. The facility is well-maintained and clean, with a positive atmosphere and outstanding, respectful staff. They cater to residents' needs and provide regular updates to families. The nurses, social workers, and physical therapy team work diligently to help patients recover, often going above and beyond in their care. Clients praise the facility's excellent communication, kindness, and effectiveness in helping residents regain their independence and transition to assisted living.
In general, I have low expectations of institutional care. I was quite surprised at the high level of care mom received in Advantara of Chicago Ridge. Having Dementia & suffering fractured vertebrae, the staff proved proficient, nurturing & compassionate. Imagine my surprise arriving for a visit, finding mom seated at the nursing station “organizing papers” to redirect sundowning behavior. AMAZING! She was kept clean, hair combed, & the staff routinely engaged her in conversation. She had physical therapy 5 days per week during her 2 week stay. I can confidently recommend this facility for your loved one’s recuperative needs.
Ms. Natasha was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how the facility works, when I called in to inquire on how the system works. Natasha was very helpful, and she explained each detail carefully.
I was very thankful because in today's world people are quick to hang up.

My sister and I were nervous looking for placement for our Grandma here after a broken hip. We came and toured and was given information in detail about the facility, their staffing, the certified therapist that would be assisting with healing and strengthen & the options for helping get her back home safe. We were greeted with friendly faces and helpful personas an if we had questions someone always came to answer or explain.
Thank you for your care and consideration we know it’s not easy with so many of our family members coming and explaining what we think is best.
