I cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful care my brother received at Harmony during his final days. My family and I stayed by his side throughout the day, so we personally witnessed the kindness, attention, and compassionate care he received.
The staff were attentive, gentle, and truly good-hearted people. Their compassion brought us comfort during an incredibly difficult time. My family and I are deeply thankful to this institution and everyone who cared for my brother. God bless them all, especially the nurses and CNAs, as well as the social worker, receptionists, and every member of the staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
My dad just finished up 3 weeks at Harmony before being discharged today. Aside from a few hiccups I was pleased with the treatment he received. The nurses and PT were very communicative with me and my family. Special shoutout to Imani, Rita, Courtney and Cecile. The admissions director Te’Andria was welcoming from the start before he was admitted and continued to be a solid touchpoint. His care manager Aaron was also phenomenal. He did a great job making sure we had everything we needed on his discharge.
My mother was just released from a short term stay at the facility and her stay was pleasant. I have no complaints about her care or the staff. I would recommend this facility to friends and other family members.
