My family and I have been going to Dr. Storm, Tony and Dimitri for over 20+ years. They provided a great service. Recently, the staff ( receptionist/scheduling) has been challenging and lack of availability of hygienist and/or late appointments or Saturday appointment availability. In the last 90 days. I go to schedule an appointment. Schedule the appointment then get a call a few hours later or the next day to tell me they cannot accommodate that I would need to reschedule. Happened at least 5 times in the month of January and February. I have been going to them for years after a friend recommended them to me. I have been pleased with the care I have received with them. They did not make me pay upfront but waited to see what the insurance would cover before billing me. Office staff has great attitude. I would recommentd this provider for dental care.!

I was anxious about going because I haven't seen a Dentist in awhile but after my visit I was so happy I Did!Nice Clean Office and rooms. From the Front Desk Staff to all the Dr's. I Saw I was made to feel Comfortable and Relaxed!.They answered all my Questions and the Price for my Dental Work didnt break the Bank! .Definitely telling Everyone about Midtown Dental!
