Omg! Jessie is a Godsend! He has the absolute BEST customer service and was such a delight to work with. I'm still so new in my glasses journey and he really explained alot to me that I'm still struggling a bit to understand. I'm so glad I left America's Best and came here!! I am forever a customer from my experience with Jessie!! I would put a hundred stars if I could🌟

I called this place four different times and everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and patient with me. When I walked in, they were ridiculously busy (and short staffed) but the staff greeted me with a smile anyway and asked how they could help. Once they got me checked in, the doctor immediately took me back and listened to what was going on with my eyes and made great recommendations. He told me what my eyes were doing and didn't make me feel stupid. He helped me tremendously while he was rushing around and staying late. He was kind and considerate as well as his staff! So thank you for everything!

I have always had good service and great glasses from this vision center. I prefer it over the supposedly fancier places that are better-covered by my insurance. I don't often review things, but I saw such negative reviews here that I wanted to say something.
