Plenty of free weights and space. Roomy and never a problem getting equipment. I like that they have saunas and classes. The cooling situation in the summer can be nearly unbearable- probably due to where the thermostats are placed relative to the saunas. A lot of the cardio equipment has a lot to be desired as well. Great place if you want a good weightlifting experience and clean, friendly atmosphere.
This gym not only has one of the best atmospheres, but also a great selection of equipment with several racks for bench press, squatting, fixed equipment, free-weights, and cardio equipment.
I live in Champaign part time and travel a lot visiting PF in FL and other parts of country. Definitely one of the cleanest and best laid out and equipped PF or any other gyms for that matter. Better than my LA fitness in naples FL. Good mix of customers mostly polite. Plethora of cleaning fluids. Well trained staff constantly dusting, vacuuming and cleaning. Look forward to coming back here when in Champaign. Keep up the good work.
