This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to—and that’s saying a lot, having trained at different gyms over the years in three different states. Michael has built a facility with the best equipment and overall setup in the area, and it truly shows in the quality of the training environment.

My son and I have been lifting here for a couple years now and it’s awesome. Whether I wanna hit the gym on my way to work, after work, or get up at 2 o’clock in the morning, cause you can’t sleep and wanna work out. I’ve always got access. And I love that it is geared towards Olympic style, lifting equipment and not little machines like you’d find it planet fitness. Any time I’ve needed some expertise, Michael has been excellent for helping and pointing me in the right direction. I can’t recommend this place enough for anybody who takes getting strong and fit seriously. See ya there!
