Very impressed with this company! All I had to do was tell my doctor what I wanted in a Walker. She does the rest. Received the Walker promptly, just what I had requested. The company called me & set up an appointment to deliver & they assemble. Medicare paid 80% & second provider paid the rest! Couldn’t have been smoother!
Very helpful staff!! Easy process to submit to confirm insurance, and very patient w/ my questions. The explanation of how to use and next steps, and ability to ask questions made the process easy.
The medical equipment provider my doctor suggested couldn't get me in for over a month, even though I have severe apnea. They never told me about other medical equipment providers. The doctor's choice also required an in-person appointment which I didn't want or need. Apria told me how to change to them and shipped my equipment out and I received in about 5 days and started using it right away with no problems. I called Apria twice with questions and got them answered right away. My experience with them has been great!
