4/22/25 My husband came to ask me a question and the PT lady wondered through my house, instead of staying where she was and minding her own business.And if it happens again she will be escorted out of my house. I have had my husband up and moving since I bought him home from the hospital, and he knows how to get around our house.
Mind you my husband had a hip replacement, and I made sure to have all of our bedding washed before he came home. Including all blankets and top comfort. This PT lady is so gross and disrespectful that she put a bag that she takes in and out of other people’s homes, in and out of her car ect… in our bedroom on top of our bed. I have a picc line and they come and help me every week. They have always been helpful and kind when I call. When they come they don't rush and treat me like a human and answer any questions I have.

Would leave 0 if I could. Uncle has been home 24 hours waiting on an IV SOC. Nobody showed, luckily there is a NP in the family who could come start IV antibiotics. Hopefully he changes agency carle is a joke.
