“I've been going to Michelle here for well over a year at this point and she's absolutely amazing.Up until her I had never seen the same hair dresser more than once and I usually moved to various shops because no one really cut my hair in a way that spoke to me. I usually cut it short, let it grow out and then just had long hair until I cut it off again. Michelle nailed the pixie cut I had always wanted but couldn't articulate the first time I saw her and I couldn't be happier or more impressed. She's an absolute master of her craft and it shows. She's quick, efficient, talented and also the nicest person ever.I've gotten stopped repeatedly over the last year by strangers who wanted to compliment my hair (and it's hot dyed any fun colors) and that was never a thing that happened to me before.Outside of Michelle, everyone I interact with there is lovely and fun. The building is gorgeous and I just really love everything about it all.“

“This Middle Eastern grocery takes up about 2 store fronts (the entry door is the one black detailing) and appears to be pretty well organized. I found some things here my local market is out of (chocolate covered dates!) and a few I haven't seen before: dried hibiscus petals; jarred tomato paste; and more styles of canned fava beans than I've ever seen before (Lebanese, Palestinian, Saudi Arabian, Egyptian...) Both fresh and frozen traditional bread (house-made); a halal butcher shop; and various types of canned and frozen food / spices/etc.; apparently fresh takeaway food (I didn't inquire); gifts; candies; various cheeses (Armenian string cheese!) and even a bulk section. Multiple options for most things (e.g. 4 kinds of pomegranate molasses); most items but not all labeled with a price. I'm basically a tourist in international groceries, but I'm a happy one; found $50 worth of goodies. Will definitely stop here when I'm getting tasty Ethiopian food in the same strip mall.“
