I go to the Heritage Plaza store in Carol Stream. Shannon usually cuts my hair, and not only does she do a great job, but she also listens carefully to what I request and does it with precision. Shannon is always friendly but not overly talkative. She is courteous and professional. Others in the shop seem to mirror her professionalism. And 20 bucks for a haircut is a great deal. highly recommend this Great Clips!
Shannon is such a great manager. We would recommend anyone to go see Shannon for a haircut. We went there for my son's first haircut. Shannon listened to us and was super patient with our son. As being a one-year-old at the time was all over the place as you can imagine. But Shannon was friendly and patient with him and now our son just adores her.
LOVE, Love, love this Great Clips! Tina’s my girl. All the ladies here are great! Easy to talk to. But the service is perfect every single time. And you can’t beat the price. There’s always great conversation and the speed of service just can’t be beat!
