For the past 17 years I have entrusted my hair to only one person, and I'm so grateful to have found her! Jamie is such a great stylist, she always listens to my near impossible requests and always exceeds my expectations! If you've had bad experiences elsewhere, I highly recommend giving Jamie a shot! You truly won't regret it!
Honestly, I came in expecting the usual “hope for the best” haircut situation, but they proved me wrong real quick. My stylist actually listened, like actually listened. They fixed the mess a different salon left on my head (we won’t name names… but they know who they are), and somehow made it look effortless. The place was clean and fast. If every place operated like this Great Clips, the world would be a lot less chaotic. Definitely sticking with them from now on.
I've been going to this location and had requested Tina each time. I was told she no longer works there. She was amazing and her cuts were very detailed and presice. I went with someone who had never done my hair, and sadly have to report I was very disappointed with the outcome. There is no style to my hair now and it is very unevenly cut. I will really have to think about whether I will return again. The girl who cut it was very nice, but, I was not impressed at all
Update: the manager reached out and my hair was fixed at no charge. Great customer service. I will be back! Thank you!
