We went back and forth on a few carpets and when the manufacturer didn’t have my choice in stock (not Niemann’s fault), Beth quickly helped me pivot and find another sample I liked. Carpet came in quickly and my installer was able to pick it up with no issues. The icing on the cake was the personalized thank you card we received in the mail.
