“Had a broken pipe in my front yard and the city gave me 48 hours to get it fixed before they shut our water off. Panicked and upset, being that it was not our fault a pipe burst, I contacted Area Plumbing. The one who answered the phone was extremely helpful and sent someone out that day to see what they could do. The were very fast with getting me set up the following day to fix the problem. In doing so I met an employee, Scott Sharpe, who was so amazing that we actually became friends and is still one of my best friends to this day (even after tearing up my yard, which I still bug him to this day for)

I needed my outside spigot and inside water shutoff replaced. They were friendly on the phone and actually took the time to hear me explain my issue. When they came by, they started working quickly and got it done in no time. “Called Gary am 8-4-25 for a plugged main drain. Gary arrived promptly and got to work. Gary was able to get the main drain flowing in a short time. Gary diagnosed what he thought was causing the problem as a misalignment. Gary gave me options to repair thr drain permanently. Really great advice as Gary has several decades of experience having seen every possible plumbing issue. Reasonably priced. I recommend Gary Downing for any plumbing need.“

A few months ago, my furnace wouldn’t turn on. It was one of those nights that it was supposed to be extremely cold. It was already 1 degree or so. They came out within 2 hours and repaired my furnace in about 30 mins for a very fair price. The customer service was amazing! Would recommend.“
