“I walked into Price Optical randomly after doing a walk for better health. I went in to see if they took my insurance and if so, make an appointment. They verified my insurance and took me in the same day. The optometrist explained in detail my eye issues (I love to be educated) and gave me options. A week later, I had my eyewear. I received a text and an email. My previous optometrist that does all the high end frames doesn't do that. I noticed the treatment of all the patients and prospective patients as they went in and out; they were all treated respectfully. My only recommendation for Price Optical is for the staff to wear name tags &/or introduce themselves. I assumed the doctor was Doctor Price but there were no introductions throughout my process. The service otherwise exceeded my expectations. Good job!!!“

“1st time here. I absolutely loved Dr. Kenneth Kirschner! He was so personable, knowledgeable & a joy to talk to. My entire visit took about 45 min or so. Now I will say— the administration at the front desk….*long pause* needs some work to say the least. I booked this appointment the beginning on Jan for Sat Jan 25, I am fully covered with insurance. Medical, vision, dental. One of the ladies at the front desk told me “oh you probably won’t even have your insurance yet so we might end up pushing it out to feb. odd of her to tell me as if she’s my employer or insurance provider?? lol. Anyhow— a couple days before my appointment, one of the ladies calls to confirm everything & my insurance…she tells me they looked throughly through the system & can’t find me I’m not covered. Impossible because i looked at my in network coverage & it’s indeed listed…I say ok that’s odd because I’m looking at my coverage & it’s active. After a few back & forth she tells me to call the next day to ask my insurance company exactly what’s the name of my vision coverage. I call the next day (day before my appointment) she again states yeah we still can’t find you with name, & DOB, etc. so we’re gonna have to cancel…..I say ok hang up. Now I could have easily went to a different place at this point because I’m not gonna be gaslit by a business but it’s close to my house. So I call my insurance back & once again they verify my insurance. I call the place back & tell them once again i have insurance, i have my member ID & everything (which they never asked for) so i call back a few hours later & explain to the other lady she transfers me to the initial woman…i told her once again my vision coverage…she goes ok one minute…MAGICALLY all of a sudden they find me? she goes “oh do you live on ….” Yes I do—“oh here they have your gender listed as unknown”……at this point I’m baffled & confused because how is that even relevant right now???? You should be apologizing for this entire confusion & back & forth. Like just say you all didn’t do your due diligence instead of coming up bs excuses just makes you look even worse. All in all— didn’t care for the front office staff simply off how this was handled. Loved Dr. Kenneth K. & my new contacts!“

I recently had my annual visit and in addition to the excellent eye exam, I was very impressed with the Covid-19 protocols they have in place to protect their patients. “Today was my first ever eye exam at 36 years old and I booked an appointment with Dr. G after reading positive reviews. Let me just say, I’ll be using him for all eye issues going forward! His staff was so nice, and he made me feel comfortable and explained what he was doing. I had been so nervous to get an exam done but he and his staff made it a great experience. Turns out I did need some glasses, and he quickly assessed what lenses worked for better eyesight. It was so cool to see the before and after. I never realized how blurry I was seeing!
