EXPEDITIOUS, PERSONABLE & PROFESSIONAL STAFF from the front desk on thru the office, and I only wish everyone who needs to see an ophthalmologist could be cared for by DR. V. DONTHAMSETTI because he’s the best, and a clean pleasant atmosphere is always an added blessing to top notch service.
For the first time I felt respected cared for and taken care of. They have a new policy of something going on there new employees that are glad to see you there smiling the engageable and most of the clients that come in there are elderly Black people over 70 and it’s really great to feel this way when you go somewhere to get Care, especially at our age where we feel very fearful that something may be wrong. Today was a great day. I really enjoyed my visit.
The staff @ Midwest were attentive. Nurses were friendly and informed me each step of my procedure. Eileen made a follow-up call to me the next day. I HIGHLY recommend the surgery center. My first procedure has gone well.
