I cannot thank the staff and I believe her name was Nicole for the incredible service. My old glasses broke on Friday and I was able to bring in an outside prescription Saturday and had glasses the same day. They went out of their way to help me. I was literally in tears when I called in because I can't see and Nicole was so nice on the phone and said that they could take care of me and they did!

Nataly and Jazmine were kind and very understanding they knew I needed my glasses repaired and did so in just a few minutes I’m happy with they’re customer service Keep up the great work ladies! So happy with my service! Thank you Nataly and Jazmine

The staff, especially the office manager, went out of their way to help me out with everything I needed. I had a problem with my frames, and was able to get another frame without any problems. I highly recommend this office. Everyone there was cheerful and friendly. They really were a pleasure to deal with.
