The doctors, including Dr. Roby, are kind, approachable, and take the time to explain their work and services. The clinic is family-friendly and has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. While some staff members may have been unprofessional in the past, the overall experience is positive, with thorough testing and excellent customer service.
My first time at Eye Care Associates the staff was professional and friendly big plus. The facility was clean the waiting area wasn't congested with lots of people. My wait time wasn't long before I was seen. The optometrist was a cool guy friendly and down to earth.
Went today for an emergency visit. I dont think I have ever been to any doctor's office (Health, Dental or Vision) where every single person, from front office staff to the actual doctor, was so kind and personable.
Will absolutely be back for my regular eye exams.
The staff was polite, friendly, and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish.
They have tons of frames — my only problem was choosing just one 😂. The exam was smooth, thorough, and done with top-tier equipment.
I’m so impressed that I’m transferring my son to Dr. Roby’s care as well. And did I mention that they’re Black-owned — even more reason to support. Highly recommend!
