“M&M fixed the soffit on my roof while there was lots of snow! First they gave me a great estimate using a drone and taking about 10 minutes. They didn’t take 3 hours like others and did not say they had to redo the whole roof at $40,000 like others only fix for 1500$. They texted when coming and I didn’t have to even be home! “Highly recommended. The team at All Tech Builders has completed three different successful projects for us. The first two projects were relatively small -- with the first involving roof, exterior trim and gutter repairs, and the second involving internal wallboard repairs and painting in several rooms.

Based on the good results from the smaller projects as well as good references, we asked Robert, Rosa and the team at All Tech Builders to lead a multi-part kitchen remodel for us which they did a great job of completing in late 2025. Despite a number of unexpected “bumps in the road” (starting with an unexpected multi-week backup in our Village’s permitting process, which was no fault of theirs), the team worked around multiple constraints and helped us achieve a very good result.

The project involved demolition, extensive hardwood floor repair and refinishing, drywall repair & painting, ventilation, and significant plumbing & electrical work. There was quite a bit of scheduling complexity that Robert and Rosa helped us navigate through. There were some communications and scheduling challenges with some of the electrical work and delays in areas outside of AllTech’s control, but Robert’s calm, professional and results-oriented approach was a great help and he helped coordinate and lead the whole team working together to get us over the finish line to an excellent quality outcome.

All Tech met their committed timelines and budget, accommodated changes, and worked with us on pricing for the unplanned changes.
