It's the same people you're talking to the whole time so they're familiar with what they did in the past and what steps are needed in the future unlike other pest control services that bring over different person every time. Justin does a great job of explaining the situation objectively without making you fearful and he educates you on what's realistic for mouse behavior. He is incredibly knowledgable and overall a really nice person. We are SO grateful for Mice Guys and they are probably one of our favorite contractors we've worked with. Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look.
