Alonzo was thorough and was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. The original inspection done by a manager used a hard sell to sign me up for monthly terminate/pest control over an extended period of time. That would be very expensive and unnecessary since he did not locate any terminates, only ants. The cost to treat the existing ants appears to have been successful after a few days. Time will tell. The cost for one treatment for ants in my wall involved drilling holes in the plaster and applying foam inside. Also spraying the outside perimeter of my home. Total cost $399. A bit expensive I think!
