Called ahead for an appointment which I would recommend doing! The man doing my nails (didn’t get his name) was so sweet and paid very close attention to the details. I’m very picky when I get my nails done and I am super happy with how mine came out!!Service: Gel manicures

I'm so torn. I went here for over a year but the service has declined over the past several months. I shouldn't have pain and bleeding after a manicure. (Become very rough with the Dremel) (The last 3-4 manicures were significantly painful on my cuticles) I got the dip manicure and it did last for weeks at a time, and looked nice.. But the pain isn't worth it. Techs are not too engaging in conversation.

I get my pedicures here but went in Thursday to get gel nails taken off and get regular manicure for an event that evening. The next morning the paint is not chipping but pealing off . I called about it on Saturday to have it done again as I have never had this happen. The owner was not nice at all about it . I called today to tell them a touch up would not work as I peeled the rest off as all was off the top of nails . I was told it was because I didn't do gel nails . I have had several regular manicures done there before events and never had this happen . Horrible customer service . I can't do gel each time as it thins out my nails when they sand it off and becomes painful. Really upsetting. I asked him several times if polish was old as the bottle was empty and it was clumping up .
