We always take our children here after hours or if we can't get into our pediatrician. They are always VERY quick, and very sweet with my kids. We have had a couple issues, but for the most part this place has always treated us well. The short weight times are the best when you have sick kids!
I've used this promptcare multiple times and it's always a positive experience. Friendly and efficient. In and out. Puts the other health facility in Bloomington to shame. Thank you!
The entire staff on the date I was there was amazing. Unbeknownst to me, I was pretty sick. I was there 4 hours, mostly due to an IV drip and IV antibiotics. When my fever spiked again after all of this they sent me to the ER. They were genuinely concerned.about my health. I will absolutely be back, should I need services again.
