Carle provides exceptional care to its patients. The medical staff, including Dr. Seibly, are patient and explain situations clearly. The office and hospital staff are caring and wonderful, making patients feel at ease. The facility is clean, and the staff is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Patients appreciate the efficient service, with minimal wait times, even on weekends. Overall, Carle offers a great experience for its patients.
My experience today was Awesome..from the minute I stepped into office and greeted by 2 wonderful women,to the nurse and Dr Plantholt whom really took time with me.She meet my needs.Im so happy my cardio Dr recommended Dr Plantholt as my new Primary Dr. Will definitely recommend her to my family and friends.
As someone who's been with this doctor's office for awhile now, I have to commend them for their improvement over the years.
Previously, there was a doctor there that I was seen under who was bitterly unprofessional and seemed to care most about getting me out of the office than trying to listen to me and explain what's going on in ways that make sense. I've been informed she has left state, with no warning to most of her patients mind you.
But now the doctor that I've been switched to is so much better. She's kind, attentive, and explains things in ways that make me trust her knowledge and care. She's consistent with emails and follow ups and never makes...read full review
**Medical Grievance Review**
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism I experienced with this provider. It is already very difficult to get an appointment with this doctor because of her limited availability, so when I finally secured a date, I arranged my entire day around it. I had already taken the day off work and was halfway through the drive to my appointment when I was abruptly dismissed as a patient—with no reasonable explanation.
