For someone that over worked my body in the construction field from a young age, without Dr. Jess and the other amazing staff at Action Wellness, I have no doubt that that I would have had one if not two major surgeries by now. How I have no doubt about this, because a few local surgeons said I should have it done. I worked with the amazing team at Action Wellness and avoided this, as due to my age at the time of the suggested surgery I was advised by the surgeons that more than likely Id have to have the same surgery again later in life. I gave the chiropractic route a try, and after some intensive work, I was able to restore my normal lifestyle. I do still see the team regularly to ensure that I don't get into that same position again, as it was pretty rough. Again, I couldn't speak any more highly about this office and their practice. If you are living with any level of discomfort or pain. It will be worth your time to give this place a try. I will also end this with, I was seeing another chiropractor on/off for many years prior with little success. I thought there was no hope.
