We have been very pleased with every interaction with this company. From the technicians to the salseman to the gal answering the phone, they have all been super nice, respectful and easy to work with. Prompt, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. And they do an excellent job communicating with the customer (and family members!). Mom loves her new furnace and we have been super impressed with how well she (& her children) has been treated along the way.
