Both Dakota and Travis did an excellent job at our house during the installation. They protected our flooring and carpeting and were very professional as they installed our new systems. Dakota then came back to correct an issue with the thermostat and spent five hours patiently updating to the new thermostat and instructing me about the features of Both the air-conditioning system as well as the furnace.
I would like to thank Stuart for the outstanding customer service he provided. Dakota and Travis did an awesome job installing my new furnace and A/C system. They both were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you again.
Had power outage. When it came back on the A/C didn't work. They fixed it, but then several things in the house didn't work. They traced the problem to the breaker box which was not receiving enough power for everything, & they called the power company who then came & redid the power line to the house restoring full power to everything.
