I attended the funeral of Ryan Whitehouse yesterday. After the beautiful, warm weather on Monday, l don't think many of us were prepared for the cold, windy, drizzling rain that accompanied us to the cemetery. Ryan's sister-in-law, Amy, was sitting at the edge of the tent, and l observed a member of the funeral home staff quietly stand beside her to shield her from the elements. He also held the edge of the tent for the duration of the graveside part of the service so that the rainwater that was collected there would not fall on her. Carmody- Flynn Funeral home handle my wife passing with the up most respect when removing her from our house after her passing. They were very helpful in making arrangements and helping with the services. They even carried all floral arrangements with them when transporting her back to Kentucky for a 2nd Funeral service and burial. I have been to several visitations at this facility in the past and thought they were well done. I had to make all the arrangements by phone and text since I was not in Bloomington. Steve Hall was my main contact . He did a great job of holding my hand and walking through the process.
