Very empathetic and supportive. They followed up with me multiple times after the funeral service for my father. They went out of their way to help us and support my entire family throughout this very hard time.
I highly recommend Calvert & Metzler. During such difficult and sad times they helped to make it much easier for our famiy during each of our parents passing. Especially since we live in Dallas TX and they lived in Bloomington IL. Our parents had set up their arrangements years before.Calvert & Metzler took care of everything that needed to be done and as requested by my Mom and Dad. I recently loss my sister. Since I grew up in the small town of Clinton, Illinois, I knew the owner of Calvert Metzler Memorial Home in Bloomington, Illinois, I knew right away that I would call them.They took great care of my sister with dignity and respect. From our first meeting with Ken to go over the details of my sister’s final wishes to her cremation, the staff at Calvert Metzler Memorial Home were kind, helpful, respectful, supportive and professional.At our first meeting Ken gave me a packet that really helped me tremendously.
