“We had some minor damage to our roof in 2025. Another local company came out and did an assessment, and tried to get our insurance to replace our entire roof. After finding out that the insurance would not cover the cost of a full roof, they completely ignored us and we had plastic on our roof the whole year.
In April of 2026, I sent an email to STA to see if they'd even be willing to do a small job, and John responded asking me to call him. I was a bit busy, so I didn't call him right away, and he followed up 2 days later to make sure that I could call him.
We talked on the phone and the following week he had a gentleman named George come out. George fixed our roof in maybe about 2 hours time, and blended the tiles so well that we can barely tell where the damage was.
The job also came in UNDER the estimate that I was quoted, and that was certainly a bonus!”
