I was researching computer upgrade options that would work for my situation. I called because of the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Tony answered my questions and gave me honest advice even though I didn't purchase anything from him. I am impressed and greatly appreciate knowing there is someone I can trust, who is concerned about what will work best for me and not trying to sell me something that might not meet my expectations.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to look at whatever you've got. I came in with a computer that was broken and I ahd no Idea what happened. I left knowing the problem, and how to fix it. I definitely recommend.

I came in because I had broke my headphones jack and it stuck in the computer. The owner was very friendly and helpful, immediately trying to see if it could easily be taken out. He let me know what would happen if we tried to continue with the repair, which was that it would have to be opened and more complications depending on hardware. But instead of going ahead with the repair and charging me, he recommended Bluetooth headphones which would be much cheaper.I really appreciate the helpful information and am likely to return with future problems.
