I made a service request may 11th for my stove. I was told a part needed ordered and it could take 7-14 days. It’s a month in a few days, I’ve emailed and called the company with no response from the company. All we want is an update. We are a month without a stove with no communication how much longer this will take to be repaired. I called my warranty company and they said they were told we would get a call when the part was in. How much longer do we have to wait on this part. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!
I was assigned to them from Lowe’s for my dryer a tech came out probably 4 days after getting assigned. An he said the parts had to be ordered cool it’s been 4 weeks no call no nothing I been trying to call them every day NO ANSWER. Finally got an answer she said my parts would be here last Wednesday still NO CALL NO ANSWER. I payed to have an extended warranty an here it is coming up on my next payment and nothing has been fixed. I just need better communication. I need answers I need to know when will my dryer be fixed. That’s the only thing I don’t know if they are good at repairs but what I can read on here they are an I would like to experience that for myself....read full review
This place is a joke. We were supposed to have someone come out to fix our whirlpool fridge and the day of the appointment; which was a friday, the technician called and asked if the fridge was plugged in and we said no because it was overheating and making loud noises while it was plugged in and they said they could'nt come out without it being plugged in for 24 hours. The technician said the company would call to reschedule the following week. No one called to reschedule and when we called it would go voicemail. It's been over a week and still no one has called
