Terrible. I have a home warranty and the assigned this Company. At 1st no one called me. So, I call my Home Warranty the assigned be another Service contract. At least that one called back and told me they don't service that make and model Refrigerator and stove. They did not waste their time and mines. Finally, NEC call me and brought a service guy out to my home only to tell me they don't do my stove top and that my Fridge he doesn't won't on that issue. {seal issue) and he would call his other tech to come and look at the problem. it's been 3 days and no phone call. I can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. I don't recommend them at all.
Was scheduled through my warranty for this company to come out today between 8am-12pm. No one showed. Called several times and emailed with nothing back from the company. Now I have to wait another 3 days to even find another service provider through our warranty that services this area. I took off work to have this fixed for my family of 6. This is horrible for a company to do this.
Save yourself a headache and do not use this company. They are completely unresponsive. It has been over two months since the tech came out for the initial service for my Kitchen Aid dishwasher and they have had no resolution. They claim the parts are on backorder, but I called Kitchen Aid and they show that the parts are in stock. They don't answer the phone and they barely answer emails.

After I did this google review, finally someone from NEC responded and took action. Every other email was just an excuse and they never offered solutions and explanations.
I won't be getting my dishwasher repaired by them, but at least they closed...read full review
