“I first contacted them last year for roofing repair and they were really quick, reasonable quote and made the whole process easier. While they were repairing my roof Patrick came to check up on their progress and noticed the back of my house roofing is different then my front and gave me a quote to fix that. I agreed to the quote but said I couldn't do anything till the summer of 2022. Patrick said no problem the quote will be good till then. Fast forward to May and he got in contact with me to see if I was still interested.Now here is why I highly recommend them. They were so patient with me while I dealt with my HOA approval that instead of May it took till July for them to do my roof, AND the quote never expired. Melissa was their contact person and she was such a joy to work with. She returned my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Patrick would answer my text when I had questions. The guys who came and did my roof were respectful and hardworking. Unfortunately, although my experience with the sales representative started off on a high note, it ended very poorly.When the owner became aware of my disappointing experience, he reached out to me directly. He listened to me explain the problems I encountered and was very empathetic. At the conclusion of our discussion he went above and beyond the make amends. He turned my experience completely around. What a difference - a complete transformation. If you thinking about your next project, give Phil a call and obtain a quote. You won't be disappointed. Best of as all, he stands behind his work. Although this is quality craftsmanship, there might be an issue or two that needs attention. “Jon has done several projects for us, all were done very well. Jon and crew added wood boards on the outside of our metal pole barn to protect horses from kicking through metal and getting cut. They dug the soil out in order to have the boards level and trimmed out everything nicely. They took extra time to do the job right. Jon also did a deck repair and several steel foundation post replacements in our crawlspace to our satisfaction. The crew was on time, professional and also friendly.“
