I am compelled to share my recent experience at Lee Nails, and unfortunately, it's not a positive one. As a longstanding customer, I've always appreciated the services provided, but my most recent visit has left me with deep disappointment.During a routine eyebrow waxing, I experienced an unexpected outcome – a noticeable scar on my right eyebrow. Seeking resolution, I returned to the salon today, only to be met with a dismissive response from a new staff member. I should have read the reviews first and I would have never gone there. I wish I could give zero not any stars. This is the worst nail shop I have ever gone into for service. They really should just shut the doors. The people can’t do nails. Very bad service. Too much to post. Just don’t waist your time.

I came in for A pedicure with no chip and no chip polish change on my nails and because I was not getting a fill-in and just wanted them to file it down and make it smooth, they already didn’t want to do the service. then told me if my nail chipped and it was not their fault before they had even begin any services. I also came in to get a wax on my chin and eyebrows waxed. after rushing through my pedicure, then telling me that they could not polish my whole nail only tried to polish the part of the nail that had acrylic on it.
