I asked for french tips and she shaped my nails wrong , there is bubbles in my acrylic, and you can see my real nail peeking through the white. I asked for medium length nails and they are shorter than what i wanted , however the lady was really sweet and nice about it. But I will not be returning back to this nail shop.Services: Nail painting

I first got my nails maybe three weeks ago and the lady I wished I remembered her name but she did a great job until a week later all of my nails started to lift so I went back they were fixed but eventually they came up once again so I went without nails for awhile now.When I returned to get a nail replaced the other lady used a different color by saying it a fresh color . Will not return

Talk about the worst experience ever. I went in for a quick mani/pedi while I planned to return an item at fox valley mall (on Jcpenny side). There was a little wait but I was seated for my pedi pretty quickly. The girl who did my pedicure was fantastic and did them just before she was leaving for the day. I got kind of nervous because she said it was her first few weeks but she was nice and knowledgeable. I go to the nail booth lady was pissed, I got dip and there was glitter mixed in the powder. She didn't even buff my nails before doing it. My toe got messed up they couldn't find the color or anyone to fix it this lady (same lady) started yelling in whatever language...read full review
