Being that this was my Husband and I first home inspection.I was very satisfied with Paul services. I felt that paul not only went through the house with an objective eye but, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and informative. After we walk through the home together, he explain the general condition of the home and systems with my husband and I. We talk through any major issues that needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. He also mention the items we will need to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance.
