Jared inspected our new build a few days before closing. Thorough walkthrough (attic, basement, every room, thermal imaging) and he caught several real issues the builder's own punch list had missed.
Report came the same evening with photos and video, clear enough to hand straight to our construction manager. Highly recommend!
I’ve worked with Jared for years. He’s always prepared, on time, take time to complete the inspection, explains everything during the process and provides a detailed, thorough report within 24 hours. I highly recommend high!
Jared was amazing! Super happy with his inspection. He showed up earlier than us, and we were early already, and he had already done a round of inspection before we even got there and found some things. Jared was really patient with me, and trust me I asked a ton of questions, and he explained everything thoroughly. He has so much knowledge about builders, homes, it felt almost like a construction manager walk through! He's also super funny and we were laughing and chatting the whole way through. Genuinely recommend his services, and we'll be booking him for the final walkthrough again!
