Peter was great! Prompt in getting to the home for the inspection (actually early to get a head start on the outside). Was extremely thorough in his inspection leaving no stone unturned. He answered all questions as he did the inspection. At the end, he did a final walk through highlighting his overall findings. He left us with a folder with further information, including recommended partners to reach out to for further inspection/work if needed. He was kind and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Overall excellent service. He was very detailed in his report and meticulous in his inspection. All the information we got from his service helped us make decisions about our future in our home buying process. I highly recommend his services. He explained to us every problem that the house had and also gave us probable solutions.
